Femi Falana was born on the 20th of May, 1958, and he’s a native of Ilawe, Ekiti state, Nigeria.
He obtained primary and secondary education at St. Michael’s Primary School, Ilawe and Sacred Heart Catholic Seminary between respectively.
After finishing up with secondary school education, he gained admission into the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) where he studied Law and was called to bar a year after he graduated from the University with a degree in Law.
